All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
When Can You Request an Exchange?
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
The item received is defective or damaged
The wrong item or size was delivered
How to Request an Exchange

Include clear photos or a short video of the issue and the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process
